Getting Back on Track after the Holidays

The need to get back on track after the holidays.

My body and mind feels out of whack to say the least.

The difference between the old me and the me now?

I’m not worried about how to get back on track or if I will be successful.

I know how to go about getting back on track.

I am motivated by the good feelings I know I will feel by revving up my engines again.

Do you know how to rev up your engine?

Hypnosis? Muscle testing? Exercise goals?  Nutrition goals? Fasting? Detoxing? Meditating? Yoga?
