Talking about sugar cravings is complicated. There’s science behind it that promotes taking sugar out of your life either for a short period of time as a detox or for the rest of your life. So many people swear by it, and I used to be one of them. And there’s also the emotional aspect, that we’re using sugar to soothe our emotions.

What is your inner truth about sugar and what kind of lifestyle resonates with you?

There have been times when I have been 100% resonant with sugar elimination because I believed it was an addiction I had.

But what if sugar could exist as not the evil demon that society makes it? What if it’s more about us not processing our emotions and dealing with that aspect? What if being upset at the end of the day because you’ve been yo-yo dieting is actually making you feel bad because you’re not being authentic to what you truly feel passionate about?
