After I eat or drink and I run the dish or glass under the water, I judge how healthy I’m eating based on how easily the food comes off.
It makes me think that’s how easily it runs through my veins and arteries!!! Forget calorie counting, let’s start counting seconds it takes food debris to slip off our ware!! ..maybe? there’s gotta be science behind this..
